Charity Bingo
- For 20 years, it has been a goal of the 500-odd Flames players, ages 8 to 19, to graduate from the 32 'house' teams in the bingo hall and play on one of 9 traveling teams that until this season.

Proud to announce that at our November 10th meeting, our club donate. D $1000 out of our bingo account to help fun the Windsor Youth Center. This money is made possible by the work of our volunteers and Breakaway Bingo Hall. Thanks to all the players at the bingo hall who help support our club in our fundraising efforts. Shop and Support
An easy way to support Skate Windsor is to buy a gift card for yourself or for a gift. The Shop and Support program, providing cards from a large variety of retailers, runs all year long. Simply ask any Board Member for the list of retailers and the different card values.
Tag Days
An opportunity for club members to reach out to the community to ask for support. Thank you for all who supported us on our Tag Day is November 24, 2014 at Zehrs at Lauzon Parkway and Tecumseh Rd E from 3 pm to 7 pm.
Bingos
Like many non-profit organizations, Skate Windsor relies on the funds from bingo revenue. Volunteers for bingos are always welcome; we can never have too many! If you are able to assist at one of the bingos throughout the year provided to Skate Windsor, please let one of the board members know.

More than 1,000 people have now been tested for Covid-19 after 16 cases of the virus emerged in the area.

They were all linked to the social event at Silverdale Working Men’s Club on August 16, Staffordshire County Council said.
As part of the authority's test and trace efforts, it is urging anyone who visited certain venues in Silverdale or Newcastle on specific dates to get tested as soon as possible.
The venues are:
– Silverdale Working Men’s Club between August 16 and 21
Breakaway Bingo Hall Windsor
– The Bush pub between August 20 and 22
– The Vine pub between August 20 and 23
– The George and Dragon pub between August 20 and 22
– Newcastle (King Street) Working Men’s Club on August 22
– The Kiln on August 22
– The Crown on August 22
Breakaway Bingo Hall
– Yates in Newcastle on August 22
– The Roebuck pub on August 23
– The Bilash restaurant on August 24
– The Arnold Machin between August 26 and 27
– The Westbury Tavern in Clayton between August 26 and 27

All of the venues listed have carried out risk assessments and, with measures in place, can continue to open and welcome customers, the council added.

Dr Richard Harling, director of health and care, said: “What we are seeing from test and trace activity is a widening network from the original bingo event as people met with friends and family and went out socialising.
